Overview
Polulak Law, LLC is a growing firm with five attorneys focused on representing community associations. We are seeking a full-time New Jersey licensed attorney to join our Toms River office, with future flexibility for remote work. Our practice combines the depth of a specialty firm with a diverse mix of legal work, including general corporate counsel, contract negotiations, collections, and litigation. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with clients and tackle challenging legal issues. We are looking for a motivated attorney who takes ownership of their work, exercises sound judgment, and enjoys collaborating with fellow attorneys and paralegals.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Valid license to practice law in New Jersey.
- Proficiency with legal research.
- Excellent writing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with legal drafting and administrative tasks within a busy law office environment.
- A prior judicial clerkship is a plus.
Year of Practice:
- 0-5 years+
Salary:
- $125,000-$165,000 commensurate with experience
Billable Requirement:
- 1600 - 1700
Compensation: $125,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
